Chief Executive of the Chartered Society of Designers rank has been Chief Executive of the Chartered Society of Designers (CSD) since 1998. Frank has been involved in the establishment of the Sector Skills Council since 2003 and sits on the Steering Committee. In addition to his work for the CSD and the DA, Frank has sat on various committees as a trustee or director, including the Birmingham Design Initiative, Midlands Architecture and Design Environment, Birmingham Contemporary Music Group and Advantage West Midlands Design COG. He is also a Fellow of the RSA and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
