毕业于澳大利亚坎贝拉大学（University of Canberra），科技环境室内设计硕士。

曾任职：前新加坡室内设计师协会主席（2000-2002）,新加坡室内设计联盟国际事务顾问（2004-2005）, IFI亚洲区筹委会主席。洪美玲设计理念：好的室内设计不应仅仅体现在华丽、昂贵的家居和艳丽颜色的组合上，更应注重设计理念的更新，以迎合居住者的实用需求。坚信成功的设计方案源于先进的设计理念和整个团队的配合、努力以及与客户的交流。

Constance Ann, graduated from University of Canberra, Australia. Bachelor Degree in Applied Science in Enviromental DesignInterior Former Society of Interion Designers (Singapore), Interior Design Confederation (Singapore), IFI President of preparatory committee of Asia district. Good interior design in not merely about a showcase of expensive furniture within a nice blend of colours. More importantly, it should be refreshing, cater to the practical needs of the occupant, provide bodily comfort and also ergonomically successful. A good design consciously avoid 'design for design sake' ideas or design as an art form. The ability to anticipate, project forward and forsee what the client may not will reflect good planning and understanding the needs of the client.
