1972年毕业于罗马尼亚布加勒斯特大学，建筑专业，硕士。曾任职：国际工业设计协会执委（2001-2003），国际工业设计联合会（ICSID）执委。George Teodorescu教授创立了“整合设计”理论。擅长于产品创新，产品混合策略，课题研究，产品创造、整体设计，深度设计服务、设计管理，公司设计，产品设计、教育设计、理论和方法学等，多次获IDEA等国际大奖，并且曾担任过ICSID，IDSA-USA国际设计奖评审团等的评委，出版过多部著作。

George Teodorescu (Born in Bucharest, Romania), graduated from Bucharest, Romania. M.A. in Architecture. Member of International Industrial Design Association. International Counsil of Societies of Industial Design .Prof. George Teodorescu creates Integral Design theory and is good at products innovation, products mixture tactics, Subject research, creation of products, global design, service of deep design, management of design, company desing, product design, educational design, theory and method study etc. and obtains international Grand Prizes such as IDEA many times, and serves as the member of judging panel of international design award.
