7年前，Robert在离开索尼前往比利时加入Quarry。Robert作为实践总监，他在客户项目的实践中主导并不断细化了各种设计方法和可用性研究方法。Robert本人也为可用性领域很多专著贡献了许多实验研究成果，同时乐于在会议和大学的讲座中的通过文字和演讲与大家分享他15年来的实践经验。在UF2005的难忘经历之后，Robert愉快的接受了UF2006的邀请，并于2006大会上和充满活力的中国可用性同业再次相聚。

Seven years ago, Robert left a position with Sony in Belgium to help establish a team of interaction designers, information architects, and usability specialists at Quarry — a surprising move at the time, as few marketing agencies had even heard of these fields. As Practice Director, Robert helps to pioneer and refine methods for design and usability while employing these methods hands-on through client projects.Robert enjoys sharing his 15 years of experience by writing, speaking at conferences, and lecturing at universities. After a terrific experience at UF2005, Robert is pleased to have been invited back for UF2006.
